因此，如果在英國留學讀碩士學習城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)，且獲得RTPI的證書（英國皇家城市規(guī)劃協(xié)會是英國女王及政府認可并授權的規(guī)劃師職業(yè)組織，參加議會院外活動，向政府提供政策建議，管理職業(yè)規(guī)劃師隊伍，制定職業(yè)規(guī)劃師標準及審查頒發(fā)皇家規(guī)劃師資格證書，制定規(guī)劃師職業(yè)資格標準和教育標準，組織對職業(yè)規(guī)劃教育認定工作，制定規(guī)劃師職業(yè)道德準則及執(zhí)行紀律，制定職業(yè)規(guī)劃繼續(xù)教育規(guī)定并組織培訓、監(jiān)督檢查，組織外學術交流，出版刊物，就業(yè)指導等等）加上一定的工作實踐，那么回國在業(yè)界是能找到一個比較好的發(fā)展平臺的。特別是AA，卡迪夫大學建筑學院等知名建筑院校的畢業(yè)生在業(yè)界的呼聲都是很高的。

1.卡迪夫大學（Cardiff University ）

卡地夫大學(Cardiff University)建筑學院設計的課程既適合有專業(yè)背景的也適合沒有專業(yè)基礎的學生。不過大學在錄取你之前會與你聯(lián)系，詳細了解你選擇跨專業(yè)的原因以及學習建筑或者設計的目的。

專業(yè)1：Urban and Regional Development (MSc) 專業(yè)2：Urban Design (MA)

入學要求：1） Applicants should normally hold a first or second class Honours degree in an appropriate subject. This MSc is suitable for graduates in planning, geography, architecture, engineering or other relevant disciplines, or mid-career professionals working in planning, development or similar fields. The course is appropriate for both international students and UK students interested in urban and regional development.  2）語言：A minimum standard in English language of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent will be required for students whose first language is not English. The UK Border Agency requires minimum sub-scores of IELTS 5.5 across the four competencies of reading, writing, listening and speaking.

2.利物浦大學（University of Liverpool）

利物浦大學(University of Liverpool)建筑學院歷史悠久，在英國大學中早開設建筑學專業(yè)，也是英國得到皇家建筑師資格認證的學院。并且利物浦大學是個創(chuàng)建城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)的學院。

專業(yè)：MSc Urban Planning

入學要求:1）You will normally need to have a Bachelor’s degree (with Honours) at 2:1 level or better in an appropriate field of study.
